Take care of yourself!

Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death worldwide. One in two middle age men and one in three middle age women have some form of these conditions. Often, cardiovascular diseases have no warning symptoms and appear "suddenly." However, in reality, their appearance is not as sudden as it seems, as many years of risk factors have preceded without any intervention or treatment.
