First we need to clarify how we use certain terms in this Statement.

Although it seems obvious, we clarify that in this Statement you will be referred to as "You". By "we" or "the company" we mean Lifecheck. The headquarters of our company is at 163 Mesogeion Avenue, Athens. Our services hereinafter "our Services" refer to the provision of primary care medical services (laboratory and clinical tests).For the purposes of our Services, we use various IT information systems.In some cases, we provide our customers with special applications to serve them (Website / "Site"). The application gives you the possibility to be informed about the services provided by the Company, the insurance funds we serve as well as about the Medical Laboratories of our company so that you can find what serves you. Finally, this Statement is about managing information that identifies people, such as you and your family. This information includes, among other things, identity information, demographic information, insurance carrier information, as well as medical data. This type of information is usually called "Personal Information", "Information that may identify persons". We use the term "Personal Data" in this Statement.

What kind of personal data does the company collect and process for you?
The personal data that the company usually collects for you includes, for example: First name, last name, age, gender, home address, spouse's name, telephone number, ADT, AMA, AMKA, e-mail, insurance fund, medical history. What does the law say about them?
We must have some legal basis from those listed in the law in order to process your data.

How long do we keep your data?
